E foi assim o meu pequeno almoço! Foi muito simples: cortei couve roxa, cenoura, pimento amarelo, espinafres, salsa, alho e tomate seco e salteei na frigideira com óleo de côco!
We all know that calcium is essential to the health of our bones. What is not yet common sense is that more important than the amount of calcium we ingest is the relationship between what we ingest and excrete (calcium balance).
This balance is essentially obtained by the food we eat (acid / base balance). That is, the more acidic the food we eat, the more the body uses calcium (base) to balance the Ph in the blood. Therefore, more calcium is excreted in the urine!
- Acid foods: Cereals, Dairy, Meat, Fish and Eggs.
- Alkaline Foods: Fruit, Vegetables.
Therefore it was my breakfast! It was very simple: I cut purple cabbage, carrot, yellow pepper, spinach, parsley, garlic and dried tomatoes and sautéed in the skillet with coconut oil!
