Sumo termogénico / Thermogenic Juice

E para o lanche fiz um Sumo Termogénico & Antioxidante: 1 mão cheia de framboesas, 1 maçã verde, 1 ramo de hortelã, 1 rodela gengibre, 250 ml chá verde frio, 1 pitada de pimenta cayenne.

And for lunch I made a Thermogenic & Antioxidant Juice: 1 handful of raspberries, 1 green apple, 1 mint branch, 1 slice ginger, 250 ml cold green tea, 1 pinch of cayenne pepper.
