Terminal 4450

E porque hoje é Domingo, fui almoçar ao Terminal 4450 em Leça da Palmeira! É uma das minhas opções favoritas, quando quero comer CARNE!
Escolhi Espetada de Picanha com Cogumelos Portobello grelhados e Palitos de Polenta. Eu adoro a carne do Terminal, mas às vezes dou comigo a pensar que podia só comer os cogumelos!!!!
Para os egípcios, eram considerados um presente divino oferecido aos faraós, já os guerreiros romanos consumiam-no para ter mais força e coragem para enfrentar as batalhas. Tinham ambos razão, são divinais e extremamente nutritivos!
Apesar de parecem muito grandes, a verdade é que mais de 90% da composição dos cogumelos é água e aliado à sua pouca gordura, explica por que motivo é tão apreciado por todos os que se preocupam com a linha. O seu elevado teor em fibras auxilia o funcionamento do intestino, actua no controle do colesterol e na prevenção das doenças cardiovasculares.
São ricos em vitaminas, proteínas, fósforo, vitaminas do complexo B, ácido fólico, fibras entre outros.
Quando saí de lá estava com um sorriso tão grande na barriga, que precisei de uma valente sesta! Bom domingo a todos!

And because today is Sunday, I went to lunch at Terminal 4450 in Leça da Palmeira! It is one of my favorite options when I want to eat MEAT!
I chose Skewered Picanha with grilled Portobello and Polenta Toothpicks. I love the meat at the Terminal, but sometimes I find myself thinking that I could only eat the mushrooms!!!!
For the Egyptians, they were considered a divine gift offered to the pharaohs, in other and, Roman warriors consumed it to have more strength and courage to face the battles. They were both right, they are divine are extremely nutritious!
Although seem very large, the truth is that more than 90% of the composition of mushrooms is water and coupled with its low fat, explains why it is so appreciated by all who care about the line. Its high fiber content assists the functioning of the intestine, it acts on cholesterol control and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
