Let’s talk about lunch

Hoje fizemos ponte cá em casa! Acordamos tarde e os ovos do pequeno almoço não me deixaram comer nada de extraordinário! Estava com muito pouco apetite, então resolvi fazer um Salmão grelhado com espargos e sementes! Lembrei-me logo da receita da Jessica (a minha cunhada)! E assim rapidamente  o almoço ficou pronto! Espero que gostem!

Today was like a holiday here at home! We woke up late and the eggs at breakfast didn’t let me eat anything extraordinary! I had very little appetite, so I decided to make a grilled Salmon with asparagus and seeds! I soon remembered Jessica’s recipe (my sister-in-law)! And so quickly the lunch was ready! I hope you like it!


Recipe

Salmão / Salmon
Laranja / Orange
Espargos / Asparagus
Mão de sementes / Hand of seeds
Sal e pimenta rosa / Salt and Pink Pepper
Óleo de côco / Coconut Oil
Temperar o salmão com Laranja sal e pimenta a gosto.
Colocar óleo de côco numa frigideira.
Cozinhar o salmão e reservar.
Colocar mais óleo de côco na frigideira.
Adicionar as sementes e os espargos.
Temperar com sal e pimenta a gosto.
Deixar cozinhar.

Season the salmon with orange salt and pepper to taste.
Put coconut oil in a frying pan.
Cook the salmon and reserve.
Put more coconut oil in the frying pan.
Add the seeds and asparagus.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let it cook.
