A minha dieta é mesmo difícil! / My diet is really hard!

Desde ontem que o meu filho já tem escola e a rotina cá em casa tem começado bem mais cedo!
Para aproveitar acabei por ir logo de manhã ao ginásio e continuei a marcar pontos com o cardio: meia hora de elíptica e uma hora de spinning.
Como sou uma mulher das cavernas actual, depois do ginásio fui à Clínica do Pêlo para mais uma sessão de laser. Ainda passei no supermercado pois não funciono sem o meu oleo de côco e fui buscar o meu filho à escola.
Quando cheguei a casa estava morta de fome!!! É verdade, ando viciada na crepioca e foi mais uma vez a minha escolha! Por esta altura já devem saber a receita de cor, por isso só vou deixar o recheio: 

Barrei a crepioca com manteiga de amêndoa e côco ralado.
Coloquei meia banana, quatro morangos, dois figos pequenos cortados em rodelas e meio pêssego cortado aos gomos.
Espalhei mirtilos e sementes de chia e….bom apetite!

My son went to school since yesterday,  and the routine here at home is starting much earlier!
I went to the gym in the morning and continued to score points with cardio: half an hour of elliptical and an hour of spinning.
As I am a modern cave woman, after the gym I went to the Hair Clinic for another laser session. I still pass by  the grocery store becauseI don’t  work without my coconut oil and I got my child from school.
When I got home was starving!!! It is true, I am addicted to crepioca and was once again my choice! By now you may already know the recipe by heart, so I’ll just leave the filling:

The barrel crepioca with almond butter and grated coconut.
Put half a banana, four strawberries, two small figs cut into slices and half peach cut into wedges.
Scatter with Blueberries and chia seeds! Enjoy your food!
