Durante as férias relaxei na Paleo…consequências: as pernas incharam, as dores de articulações e enxaquecas voltaram! E para pagar a conta de geladinhos e coktails, estou há uma semana a recuperar! Desde segunda voltei ao básico: bicho e mato! O meu PA de hoje foram Ovos com rúcula, sementes de abóbora e framboesas.
During the holidays I relaxed in Paleo … consequences: the legs swelled, the pains of joints and migraines are back! And to pay the ice creams and cocktails account, I am recovering for a week! Since Monday I went back to basics: animal and greens! My Breakfast today was Eggs with arugula, pumpkin seeds and raspberries.
Coconut oil spon
Pinch of salt and Pepper
Cut the tomato into small pedaçoes.
Place a tablespoon of coconut oil in a frying pan.
Once hot, put the two whole eggs.
Add the tomatoes and raspberries.
Simmer (do not cook much).
Add the arugula and Chia Seeds.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
