Gratinado de Frango / Gratin of Chicken

With our busy lives, we live with no time for anything! So, in terms of food, I always have a Plan B!
At the beginning of each week I make a Chicken Breast platter roast in the oven, and then I will use during the week, at breakfast, lunch or dinner.
We just have to be imaginative and invent a little, trying not to become repetitive and monotonous.
Today was one of those days, running between the gym and the work, when I reach home at the end of the day and still have a second round: Mother and homemaker !!!!
I decided to use the Roasted Chicken breast and made a different recipe: Gratin of Chicken with Sweet Potatoes. I leave the recipe and I hope you enjoy!

  1. I’m not sure exactly why but this web site is loading extremely slow for me. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a issue on my end? I’ll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.

  3. According to my observation, after a in foreclosure home is marketed at an auction, it is common for the borrower in order to still have a remaining unpaid debt on the bank loan. There are many creditors who attempt to have all expenses and liens repaid by the future buyer. Even so, depending on specified programs, rules, and state laws there may be a few loans which aren’t easily sorted out through the switch of financial loans. Therefore, the duty still lies on the lender that has had his or her property foreclosed on. Thanks for sharing your thinking on this web site.
