Espetada de Salmão / Salmon Skewer

Hoje foi dia de check-up! Toda gente que faz exercício intenso deveria fazer uma revisão anual! Fiz análises gerais e prova de esforço e depois fui treinar! Quando cheguei a casa estava morta de fome, fiz uma Espetada de Salmão com gambas, ananás e amoras, acompanhada de rúcula selvagem! Estava uma delícia!!!!

Today was the day of check-up! Everybody doing intense exercise should do an annual review! I made general analysis, a stress test and then went to workout! When I got home I was starving, I made a Salmon Skewer with prawns, pineapple and blackberries, accompanied by wild Arugula! It was delicious!!!!


Recipe
60 Salmão (g) / Salmon (g)
3 Camarões grandes / Large prawns
4 Amoras / Blackberries
4 Framboesas / Raspberries
60 Rúcula selvagem (g) / Wild Arugula (g)
1 Rodela de Ananás / Pineapple Slice
1_2 Cebola roxa / Purple Onion
1 Pimento bebé amarelo / Yellow pepper (baby)
1 Dente de Alho / Clove Garlic
Temperar o Salmão e os Camarões com sal, pimenta, laranja, limão e açafrão.
Cortar a cebola, os pimentos e o ananás em pedaços pequenos.
Colocar numa travessa o Salmão, os camarões, a cebola roxa e os pimentos.
Deixar assar a 180º durante 30min.
Temperar a rúcula com azeite e alho e adicionar as framboesas.
Fazer a espetada com o salmão, o camarão, o ananás e amoras.

Season the salmon and prawns with salt, pepper, orange, lemon and saffron.
Cut the onion, peppers and pineapple into small pieces.
Place on a platter Salmon, shrimp, red onion and peppers.
Bake at 180 ° for 30min.
Season the arugula with olive oil and garlic and add the raspberries.
