Frango salteado / Chicken Sauteed

Depois me acabar numa aula de cycle, na Academia Workout, para o almoço apeteceu-me algo leve: Peito de frango salteado em cogumelos, tomate e cebola temperado mangericão e tomilho fresco! Acompanhei com um sumo de uva, rico em antioxidante, fibras, sais minerais, vitaminas A, B1, B2, B3, B4, B6, B9 e C.

After an exhausting cycle class in Academia Workout, for lunch I felt like something light: Chicken breast sauteed in mushrooms, tomatoes and seasoned onion basil and fresh thyme! Followed with a grape juice rich in antioxidant, fibers, minerals, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B4, B6, B9 and C.
